HISTORY
Established in 1975 by Mr. Mike Brown, Mike Brown Electric Company soon became one of Northern California’s premier Electrical Contractors. Mr. Brown’s sole guideline and business criteria was and remains CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. To achieve this, Mr. Brown had to assure that his projects came in on-time, under or at budget and adhered to the expectations of the many customers each project might have.
This type of business mentality soon created many return customers. You see, for any given project, an Electrical Contractor such as Mike Brown Electric Company has to consider that there might be multiple customers that will be examining and inspecting their work. These customers very often include the General Contractors, Architects, Electrical Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants and of course the actual building tenant or end-users.
Today, the company is run by Mr. Jim Brown, eldest son of Mr. Mike Brown. As President, Jim has used his 30+ years of experience in the industry and taken the company to new heights. Now, more than triple the size in both manpower and capabilities after Jim took over, Mike Brown Electric Company is now one of the largest Electrical Contractor in the North Bay Area region.
He has worked hard to build a reputation for quality service, guaranteed timely performance and competitive pricing. The field technicians are all trained/state certified union electricians. The office staff can provide client support from initial design & engineering to project completion and beyond with long term scheduled maintenance.
